Steve Skipper established the foundation to provide fine-art scholarships for high school seniors, supporting gifted young artists nationally and internationally.

Original horse paintings completed
INITIATIVE ONE
Steve has completed eight original paintings featuring horses in the realistic style. Proceeds from these originals and their limited editions are intended to fund fine-art scholarships for high school seniors.

The works are being reproduced by Gallery Street in Atlanta, Georgia.
INITIATIVE TWO
In partnership with Pastor Kris Erskine, the foundation aims to reach incarcerated men and women with artistic talent — offering motivation, materials, and the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work.
The goal is to enable them to exchange crime for paintbrushes and pencils, and to support themselves upon release.
